**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters for timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels; prepare purchase orders as required.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays or shortages.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams for demand planning.
- Maintain documentation for procurement, inventory, and logistics transactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 - 3+ years of experience in SCM, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of import/export processes (added advantage).
