Roles and Responsibilities

 Conduct tele-calling to engage prospective clients from our existing database.

 Regularly update and proficiently utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage client interactions effectively.

 Handle daily tasks involving new leads, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.

 Strive to convert customer interest into maximum site visits, aiming to meet monthly targets.

 Maintain comprehensive knowledge about ongoing and new projects to assist clients thoroughly.

 Enhance the conversion rate of site visits through effective communication.

 Perform scheduled data mining tasks as assigned.

 Consistently record visitor details in designated entry sheets.  Undertake any additional tasks delegated by management as requir

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
