**THE ROLE**

**OPPORTUNITES**
- Production live customer support & Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to execute on most tasks with mínimal customer outage windows.
- Help automate and streamline our operations and processes.
- Installation of Linux servers and server hardening.
- Deliver on the committed SLA’s to the internal and external customers
- Drive process compliance and improvements within the teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our production environments, assisting in the development and test environments when needed

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience in AWS is a MUST).
- Background in Linux/Unix Administration (MUST).
- Intermediate knowledge on scripting with bash, perl or python(Good to have)
- Understanding of IP address classes and managing the routes.
- Good knowledge on installation and configuration and support of Tomcat,
- Familiar with performance tuning and enable security restrictions.
- Good knowledge on hardware or software load balancers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to Work from Office (Hybrid working - 3 days from office and 2 days from home)
