We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Support Executive** to join our team in the slimming and wellness industry. You will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for providing exceptional service, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout their wellness journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about slimming programs, packages, and treatments.
- Assist clients in booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
- Maintain and update client records accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagement.
- Resolve client issues or complaints professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate with the internal team (counsellors, nutritionists, therapists) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to confidently address client queries.
- Support front desk operations when required, including welcoming walk-in clients.
- Encourage client feedback and actively contribute to improving service quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
