**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision & Leadership**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security staff on all shifts.
- Schedule and assign duties to officers, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel performance.
- **Security Operations**:

- Monitor hospital premises through patrols, surveillance systems, and incident reports.
- Respond to emergency situations including alarms, disturbances, or medical emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, or complaints and report findings.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports, shift logs, and staffing records.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to support events and special operations requiring security presence.
- Assist in developing and updating security protocols and emergency response plans.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Serve as liaison with local law enforcement and emergency response agencies.
- Communicate effectively with hospital staff, patients, and visitors regarding security matters.
- Participate in hospital safety committees and training sessions.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience.
- HSC, Bachelor’s degree, related field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
