**Job Overview**

As a Field Sales Executive at Sudo24 Learning, you will be responsible for promoting our educational services and products to prospective clients within your assigned region. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales in the field. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction. If you are a dynamic sales professional with a passion for education, we would love to have you on board.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and target potential clients in your assigned region through various sources (referrals, cold calling, networking, etc.).
- **Sales Presentations & Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, colleges, coaching centers, or other educational institutions.
- **Sales Conversion**: Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor your approach and provide valuable insights to the company.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback in CRM systems.
- **Feedback & Coordination**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- **Customer Support**: Ensure a smooth handover to the post-sales support team and assist with any queries clients may have post-purchase.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in the EdTech, education, or technology industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
