**Job Type**: Full-time
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Working Hours**: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished videos suitable for various platforms, ensuring smooth transitions, appropriate pacing, and alignment with the intended message.
- **Post-Production Enhancements**: Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.
- **Content Optimization**: Adapt videos for different formats and platforms, such as social media, ensuring optimal quality and performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets organizational goals.
- **Asset Management**: Organize and maintain a library of video assets for easy retrieval and reuse.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of color correction, audio editing, and visual effects integration.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to ensure consistency and quality across all video content.

**Key Skills**:

- **Video Editing Tools**: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
- **Motion Graphics**: Adobe After Effects (basic to intermediate)
- **Audio Editing**: Basic knowledge of mixing, syncing, and sound effects
- **Visual Storytelling**: Understanding of narrative flow, emotion, and pace
- **Formats & Trends**: Knowledge of aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform-specific video requirements (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
