As a Production Assistant at DSG, you will play a vital role in supporting our production operations. You will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring the timely delivery of superior quality motorcycle riding gear.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in managing the day-to-day production activities, working closely with the Production Manager and other team members.

Collaborate with design and development teams to understand product specifications, production requirements, and timelines.

Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and equipment.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring adequate stock for production.

Assist in overseeing production schedules and deadlines, ensuring efficient production flow.

Support quality control procedures, performing regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.

Assist in troubleshooting production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Assist in maintaining production records and documentation, including production reports, quality control records, and inventory logs.

Aid in training new production team members on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements and cost-saving measures.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the apparel or têxtile industry.

Knowledge of production processes, quality control procedures, and manufacturing best practices.

Familiarity with motorcycle riding gear and its production requirements is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and inventory management software.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A passion for motorcycles and a genuine interest in the motorcycle riding gear industry.
