We are dedicated to creating high-quality, fashion-forward products that cater to individuals who embrace an active lifestyle. We are currently seeking a Production Assistant. Key Responsibilities: - Manage fabric follow-ups and track production and delivery schedules - Maintain and update costing sheets - Coordinate and maintain production schedules and timelines with vendors and internal teams - Liaise and assist with cross-functional needs - Track fabric deliveries and raw material status with overseas vendors - Maintain and update costing sheets and assist with price negotiations when needed - Log and track sample development (lab dips, fit samples, SMS, TOP samples, etc.) - Coordinate approvals for fabrics, trims, prints, and packaging Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production role - Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking). - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Familiarity with overseas production workflows and lead times is preferred - Experience working with performance fabrics or fashion/apparel brands is preferred
