We are currently seeking a Production Assistant.Key Responsibilities:- Manage fabric follow-ups and track production and delivery schedules- Maintain and update costing sheets- Coordinate and maintain production schedules and timelines with vendors and internal teams- Liaise and assist with cross-functional needs- Track fabric deliveries and raw material status with overseas vendors- Maintain and update costing sheets and assist with price negotiations when needed- Log and track sample development (lab dips, fit samples, SMS, TOP samples, etc.)- Coordinate approvals for fabrics, trims, prints, and packagingRequired Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production role- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).- Strong analytical and organizational skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Familiarity with overseas production workflows and lead times is preferred- Experience working with performance fabrics or fashion/apparel brands is preferred
