**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Managing retail Stores**

**Managing 1 to 10 Sales team including Supervisors**

**Promoting Sales and offers, and corporate sales**

**Knowledge of retail stores maintenance**

**Knowledge utilities and house keeping**

**Knowledge of stock variation**

**Knowledge of billing related issue**

**Knowledge of Up sale and cross sales**

**Knowledge of Staff uniform and sales improvement**

**Knowledge of store display & branding**

**Knowledge of IT and electrical related issue**

**Knowledge of Store Opening and Closing**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Kannada (preferred)
