The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into qualified prospects for our coaching institute. This role involves outbound calling to potential students' parents or guardians, providing information about our programs, and scheduling demo classes. The representative will be compensated on a commission-based structure based on the number of admissions closed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective students' parents or guardians.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver a compelling sales pitch to parents, highlighting the benefits of our coaching institute and addressing their concerns.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule demo classes for interested prospects.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proven track record in sales or telemarketing.
- Proficiency in using a computer and CRM software.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the education or coaching industry.
- Knowledge of the local market and target audience.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
