**Minimum 1 year experience required**

Salary offer - **15,000 to 25,000 per month.**

1. **Traub Machine Operator**

**Position Overview**:
Responsible for operating and setting Traub automatic/CNC machines to produce precision components for gas manufacturing equipment as per specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate Traub machine (automatic / CNC) for turning and machining operations.
- Read engineering drawings and job orders.
- Carry out operations like threading, boring, drilling, facing, and grooving.
- Inspect finished parts with measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges).
- Maintain machine productivity, accuracy, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma in Machinist / Turner.
- 1-2 years of experience in Traub machine operation.
- Ability to work with precision and quality standards.

2. **Projection Welding Operator**

**Position Overview**:
Operate projection welding machines to join components used in gas cylinders, valves, or related assemblies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate projection welding machines.
- Understand welding symbols, drawings, and work instructions.
- Ensure proper alignment of parts before welding.
- Inspect welds visually and with gauges to ensure quality.
- Perform preventive maintenance of welding machine and electrodes.
- Follow safety standards in handling gas-related components.

**Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma in Welding / Fitter.
- 1-2 years of projection welding experience.
- Knowledge of welding parameters, electrode selection, and quality inspection.

3. **Lathe Machine Operator**

**Position Overview**:
Operate conventional/CNC lathes for turning and finishing components used in gas industry equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform operations like facing, threading, turning, tapering, drilling, and boring.
- Select cutting tools and adjust speed & feed for machining.
- Inspect components with measuring instruments to maintain tolerance levels.
- Maintain production records and machine upkeep.
- Adhere to quality and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- ITI Machinist/Turner.
- 1-2 years of lathe machine operating experience.
- Ability to work with precision machining jobs.

4. **Milling Machine Operator**

**Position Overview**:
Responsible for operating milling machines to produce precision components for gas handling equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate vertical/horizontal milling machines.
- Perform operations like slotting, drilling, keyway cutting, and surface milling.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Measure and inspect finished components with precision instruments.
- Maintain tools and machine cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- ITI Machinist / Diploma in Mechanical.
- 1-2 years milling machine experience.
- Knowledge of tooling and precision machining.

5. **Centerless Grinding Machine Operator**

**Position Overview**:
Operate centerless grinding machines for precision finishing of shafts, rods, and cylindrical parts used in gas industry equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate centerless grinding machine.
- Select appropriate wheels and adjust feed, speed, and depth of cut.
- Inspect surface finish, roundness, and dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality.
- Perform preventive maintenance and follow safety procedures.

**Requirements**:

- ITI Machinist / Grinder specialization preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in centerless grinding operations.
- Knowledge of grinding wheels, dressing, and balancing.
