**Job title**: QC- Assistant.

**Work Location**:Factory - Billanakote Bengaluru.

**Reports to**:HOD QC

**Qualification**:DIPLOMA/ BE- Mechanical Experience:

- 0.6 to 2 Years.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Inspection of all AE & ART.

2. Inspection of powder coted materials.

3. Preparing inspection report.

4. Prepare QC plan for the parts

5. Based on QC reports modify/improve production process’ to reduce rework jobs

6. Root cause Analysis and Corrective action initiation for rejections.

7. Responsible for Calibration of Instruments and gauges.

8. Responsible for FG clearance to customers.

**Required Skills**:
Ø Computer literacy, thorough knowledge of M.S office.

Ø Good people skills to manage both ends of work. i.e., customers and vendors.

Ø Must be a team player and be capable of working harmoniously with other department heads in the organisation.

Ø Must have good communication skills.

Ø Good documentation and drafting skills.

Ø Basic CAD knowledge will be added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
