**Job Title: Security Lady Guard**

**Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, and Major Cities**

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Lady Guard to join our team for various locations including apartments, malls, hospitals, schools, etc. in Bangalore. As a Security Lady Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, residents, patients, students, and visitors. This role requires a keen sense of observation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents in diverse settings.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Patrolling and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas within apartments, malls, hospitals, schools, etc., to monitor for any suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or safety hazards. Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.

2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying the identity of individuals entering the facility, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring adherence to security protocols specific to each location.

3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or disturbances at apartments, malls, hospitals, schools, etc. Take appropriate action to de-escalate situations, notify authorities if necessary, and follow established emergency procedures tailored to each location.

4. Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems at apartments, malls, hospitals, schools, etc., to detect and deter criminal activity. Report any unusual behavior or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.

5. Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional assistance to residents, visitors, patients, students, and staff members at apartments, malls, hospitals, schools, etc. Address inquiries, provide directions, and offer assistance as needed.

**Qualifications**:
1. Education: Minimum of 10th or 12th pass from a recognized board or equivalent.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or local languages. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals across different locations.

4. Observational Skills: Keen attention to detail and strong observational skills to detect potential security threats or safety hazards specific to apartments, malls, hospitals, schools, etc.

5. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Capable of responding quickly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies in various settings.

**Salary**: Competitive salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹23,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
