**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or a related discipline with strong academic record.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
