We're Hiring: Telecaller

Location: Ahmedabad ,Shilaj

Experience: 6 Months/Fresher

**Salary**: Max ₹17,000 per month

Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote our courses and programs

Provide accurate and detailed information about course offerings, admission procedures, and fees

Assist with the enrollment process and address any queries or concerns

Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and enrollment conversions

Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth coordination and support

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (both Hindi and English)

Previous experience in cold calling or telecalling is a plus, but not mandatory

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage

Freshers with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
