**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Attendant plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized environment within the clinic, office, and hair transplant operation theater.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Clinic, Office & Common Area Cleaning**
- Perform daily cleaning of consultation rooms, waiting areas, offices, corridors, and common spaces.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, desks, chairs, and medical equipment to maintain hygiene.
- Ensure proper waste disposal, including handling general and biomedical waste as per regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain restrooms by ensuring cleanliness and replenishing toiletries and hygiene essentials.

**Hair Transplant Operation Theater Cleaning & Sterilization**
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect the operation theater before and after each procedure.
- Follow strict sterilization protocols to prevent contamination and maintain a sterile environment.
- Handle and dispose of biomedical waste, used surgical materials, and cleaning solutions safely and as per compliance standards.
- Ensure all surfaces, surgical tables, instruments, and lighting equipment are properly sanitized.
- Replenish and organize necessary supplies such as sterile gowns, gloves, and surgical drapes.

**Inventory & Supplies Management**
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, sanitizers, and other hygiene essentials for the clinic, office, and operation theater.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained, regularly sanitized, and stored appropriately.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or the need for replenishments to the administration promptly.

**Safety, Compliance & Professionalism**
- Adhere to all infection control protocols, hygiene guidelines, and safety procedures within a clinical setting.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals to avoid contamination.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy while performing duties in medical and consultation areas.
- Work efficiently to minimize disruption to office operations, patient care, and surgical procedures.
- Exhibit professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude while interacting with staff and visitors.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare, clinic, or hospital setting preferred.
- Understanding of hygiene, sterilization, and infection control practices, particularly in surgical areas.
- Ability to follow strict cleaning protocols and handle sensitive medical waste.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency in completing assigned tasks.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting as required.
- Flexible to work shifts as per clinic and surgical schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
