Develop project plans and budget estimates for infrastructure projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and establish project goals, objectives, and timelines.Select the Site for workshop / industry as per business requirement.

Competitive market value analysis for the selected sites.Budget planning for the project with infrastructure and resources planning.Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Provide status reports to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.Manage project risks and issues and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.Ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly defined, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders.Track and manage project expenditures to ensure projects are within budget and financial goals are met.Provide leadership and direction to project team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.Will be responsible for project compliances as per project sites requirements ( Environmental, Legal, etc.) Ensure all projects follow standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Should have expertise in project management and project costing.
- Expertise in making layout and infrastructure design.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing projects with budgets over $1 million.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Project management certification is preferred (PMP, Prince2, etc.).

**Working Conditions**
- Work is primarily performed in an office setting.
- Frequent travel to project sites may be required.
- May work extended hours or weekends to meet project deadlines.
