**Job Title**: LinkedIn Marketing Expert

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
- Create and manage engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, and campaigns tailored to our target audience.
- Optimize company and personal LinkedIn profiles to enhance discoverability and professional appeal.
- Build and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns, including sponsored posts, InMail, and other paid advertising options.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics to measure performance, track KPIs, and refine strategies.
- Identify and engage with key industry influencers and decision-makers to expand network reach.
- Research LinkedIn trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage LinkedIn groups and communities to foster engagement and thought leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn’s platform, algorithms, and advertising tools.
- Excellent writing skills for crafting compelling posts and messaging.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
- Ability to identify and connect with target audiences effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in B2B marketing or working with professional services (a plus).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with LinkedIn’s ad management and lead generation forms.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
