**Position Description: Supervisor, Corporate Accounting**

**Position Location**: Jaipur/Gurugram

**Reports To**: Manager, Corporate Accounting

What We’re Looking For

**Entrees (Requirements)**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.- Strong knowledge of compensation and equity accounting principles.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, analytics).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

**With a side of (Additional Skills)**:
- CPA/CA or equivalent certification (preferred).- Experience with Dynamics 365, Shareworks, and ADP.- Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, and Payroll teams.- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to drive insights on labor costs.

Unleash Your Potential: What You Will Be Doing and Owning

**Monthly Accounting Entries & Reconciliation**:
- Own and review monthly journal entries and reconciliations for compensation and equity-related activities, including stock-based compensation expense, payroll accruals, and related entries.- Partner with the HR Finance team to align compensation-related data for financial reporting.

**Equity Accounting & Reconciliation**:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining equity rollforwards and ensuring accuracy in equity-related transactions.- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of equity accounts (stock options, RSUs, ESPPs).

**Analytics & Reporting**:
- Analyze payroll and benefits activity to identify trends and variances.- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in payroll and equity operations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Payroll) to ensure accuracy of payroll data.- Leverage AI to generate insights into labor costs.
