**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter and update patient information, medical records, and other pertinent data into the hospital’s software system.
- **Data Verification**: Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
- **Records Management**: Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records for easy retrieval and reference.
- **Software Utilization**: Efficiently use the hospital’s software system to input data, generate reports, and assist in various administrative tasks.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with healthcare staff to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information and adhere to hospital policies regarding data protection.
- **Multi-language Proficiency**: Handle tasks proficiently in English, Marathi, and Hindi, ensuring clear and accurate communication and documentation in all three languages.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Minimum Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using hospital management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a data entry role, particularly in a healthcare setting, is preferred but not required.

- This is a full-time position based at Indorewala ENT Hospital, Nashik.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
