Job description:
**Job Title: Billing Executive (Female - Fresher)**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, process, and issue client invoices in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure proper documentation
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure billing data is complete and correct
- Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving invoice queries
- Support the finance team with basic reporting and administrative duties

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Commerce**, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, etc.)
- **Proficient in MS Office**, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- **Fluent in English**
