Qualification : Bachelor's Degree

Work Experience : 02 to 05 years office administration experience in a large Organization with Good communication skills

Salary : up to 4 lpa(fixed)

Preferred : Male

Role : off Role

Notice Period : Immediate joiner preferable

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
To assist and execute the administration duties for organizational planning and development and ensure that office equipment is maintained.

**International Client Handling**:

- Coordinate business meetings and ensure smooth execution of international dealings.
- Maintain strong relationships with global clients by providing excellent support.
- Assist in preparing business presentations, reports, and contracts.

**Guest Handling & Hospitality**:

- Welcome and assist **VIP guests, clients, and visitors.**:

- Manage c**onference rooms, catering arrangements, and hospitality services.**:

- Ensure a **professional and welcoming environment for guests.**:

- Handle **travel, accommodation, and logistics for international clients and business visitors.**

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Facility team management
- Office administration
- Ensure clean office environment.
- Ensure the meetings/training room arrangements whenever is needed.
- Arrange the transportation facility through external vendor.
- Maintain and tracking office records/assets.
- Visitors management as when required.
