Customer Interaction: Communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide information about products or services offered by the company.

Sales and Lead Generation: Actively engage in outbound calling to generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and promote the company's products or services to potential customers.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics as defined by the company.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and interactions in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

Customer Support: Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and customer interactions for management review.
