Position: Administrative Executive / Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office is running smoothly.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure (including IT support).
- Manage reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors.
2. Documentation & Records:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed by senior management.
3. Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and appointments for management.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and communications on behalf of senior staff.
- Coordinate with brokers, clients, and vendors for smooth transaction processes.
4. Client & Vendor Communication:
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
5.Financial Administration:
- Handle petty cash and ensure that expenses are recorded and reconciled.
6.Other General Duties
- Provide administrative support to various departments, such as the sales.
- Monitor the upkeep and maintenance of the office premises.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:2-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
