**Essential Skills**:

- Minimum 7 years of embedded software development experience in AutoSAR Classic projects, particularly in ComStack and Diagnostic areas.
- Proficiency in Automotive communication paradigms, including signal-based and service-oriented approaches.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR System Template specification and SW Component Template.
- Competence in developing with Davinci Configurator.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with algorithm developers, vehicle integration, and validation engineering teams.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum software development process.
- Familiarity with integrating bootloaders, embedded OS, OSEK, RTOS, and BSP development.
- Experience with UDS, XCP, and instrumented embedded control units.
- Knowledge of PREEvision modeling.
- Understanding of AUTOSAR Manifest specification.
- Familiarity with Ethernet networking protocols such as 802.3, 802.1AS, TSN, and requisite transport layer formats.
