**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our e-commerce platform and services.
- Guide new clients through the on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Provide assistance and support to buyers and sellers on the e-commerce platform, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and on-boarding processes in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces is a plus.
- Knowledge of banking and financial services, particularly related to working capital loans, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and client management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business-related fields is a plus.
**Working Conditions**:
- Position: Customer Service Representative - Outbound Sales (Up-sell and X-sell) and Client On-boarding
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
- Shift Timings: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
- Location: Kotturpuram, Chennai 600085
- This position may require occasional overtime or flexibility in working hours to accommodate business needs.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
