**Position Title**: Office Coordinator
**Department**: Administration
**Location**: Patel Nagar Near Shadipur Metro Station
**Salary Range**: 25,000 - 40,000 INR per month, commensurate with experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with site and office staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow between different locations.
- Schedule and manage calendar appointments, meetings, and events for reporting head, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for upper management.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and Tally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
- Graduate with B.Com and Mathematics preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
