- You’re responsible to work across a variety of categories so will need to demonstrate a broad range of category knowledge and be able to work dynamically and flexibly with a range of SMEs._
- Responsibilities_
- _Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's spot buy negotiation process and policies, ensuring compliance at all times._
- _Conduct compliance checks to ensure that all spot buy negotiations adhere to the client's policies and guidelines._
- _Showcase a strong work ethic by consistently delivering high-quality results in spot buy negotiations, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy._
- _Work independently to handle spot buy negotiations, while also collaborating effectively within a larger team to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities._
- _Continuously update knowledge and skills in spot buy negotiations, staying informed about industry best practices and identifying opportunities for process improvement._
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Any graduate degree_
- _Good communication and analytical skills._
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing._
- _Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills._
- _Problem solving skills with customer centric approach, showed strength with written English and with English accent._
- _Ability to execute task basic rules. Attention to detail and should have first time right attitude._
- _Good knowledge on MS Office tools and good processing speed - mainly excel._
