**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events; ensure the executive’s calendar is up-to-date and manage any conflicts.

**Travel Arrangements**: Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation; prepare travel documents and itineraries.

**Meeting Coordination**:Organize and prepare materials for meetings; take minutes and follow up on action items; ensure meetings run smoothly.

**Administrative Support**:Perform a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

**Personal Assistance**: Assist with personal tasks such as event planning, appointment scheduling, and managing household services as required.

**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

**Project Management**: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned; manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

**Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

**Skills**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

**Attributes**: Professional demeanor, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and adaptability; strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.

**Confidentiality**: Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
