**JD - Sales Executive (Real Estate)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Interaction**:
- Attend walk-in clients and provide detailed information about the projects.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable properties.
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers to create future opportunities.
2. **Lead Management and Conversion**:
- Manage leads generated from marketing campaigns, cold calling, and referrals.
- Follow up with leads consistently to arrange site visits and convert them into sales.
- Update and maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
3. **Site Visits and Presentations**:
- Organize and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
- Present project features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
- Address client queries and concerns during the site visits.
4. **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Assist in closing deals by coordinating with clients, legal teams, and other departments.
5. **Channel Partner Interaction**:
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers to generate leads and close deals.
- Provide regular updates to channel partners about ongoing projects and inventory.
6. **Market Research and Updates**:
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
- Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies.
7. **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client details, agreements, and payments.
- Maintain records of site visits, client feedback, and lead status.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- **Experience**:
2-4 years of experience in real estate sales.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Number of site visits conducted.
- Conversion rate from leads to sales.
- Monthly/quarterly sales target achievement.
- Client satisfaction and feedback.
- Efficiency in managing leads and reporting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
