**Job Title: Student Coordinator cum Telecaller**

**Location**: Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Telecalling**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about our programs and services.
- Follow up on leads and track the status of prospective student inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls from current and prospective students, addressing their concerns and providing necessary information.
- Maintain and update the telecalling database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks related to student services and telecalling operations.
- Support the development and implementation of student engagement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: At least 6 months of work experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or customer service setting.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with telecalling software and CRM systems is a plus.

**Attributes**:

- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
