**Job Title**: Counsellor/Life Coach

**Location**: Presidium Schools (Multiple Locations)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or School Counseling from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in schools

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counseling services to students, addressing academic, personal, and social issues.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
- Design and implement programs to enhance students' life skills, fostering personal development and resilience.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and formulate appropriate intervention strategies.
- Organize workshops and training sessions for students, teachers, and parents on various aspects of emotional well-being and life skills.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay updated on the latest counseling techniques, educational trends, and research to continuously improve services.
- Act as a resource for the school community, providing guidance on mental health, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
- Work closely with the school leadership team to contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive counseling program.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help students overcome challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of various counseling techniques and interventions.
- Understanding of child and adolescent development.
- Familiarity with the K-12 educational system and its challenges.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
