**Direct Tax**
- Responsible for preparing/reviewing & timely payment of Monthly TDS liability.
- Working knowledge of the online filing of TDS returns & resolution of TDS defaults.
- Experience in the reconciliation of Form 26AS with books.
- Obtaining of lower tax withholding certificate from tax authorities
- Preparation & filing of Statement of income tax returns, tax audit reports, transfer pricing compliance, SFTR, equalization levy return etc.
- Preparing responses in respect Income tax assessment orders/notices etc.
- Answering day-to-day tax queries from various business teams from a direct tax perspective.
- Ability to independently analyze and interpret provisions under the Income Tax Act as also provisions pertaining to International Tax, dealing with interpretation of Tax Treaties.

**Indirect Tax**
- Working experience in preparing and filling GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & GSTR-9.
- Experience reconciling GST input vs GSTR 2A/2B, revenue reconciliation and GST output reconciliation.
- Timely coordination with the internal team for adjustment entries and reconciliation.
- Resolution of queries raised by Clients for mismatch of GST credits.
- Preparing responses in respect GST orders/notices etc.
- Answering day-to-day tax queries from various business teams from an indirect tax perspective.
- Experience : 3 Years + post qualification
- Good understanding/knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in Tax Structuring, Advisory, On-going Compliance, Litigation support, etc. will be preferred.
- Prior experience in the Financial services/Fintech industry.
