Profile: Tax & Audit

Designation: Associate

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Semi Qualified CA

Salary range: (Fixed): 3-4 lpa

Experience required: Minimum 4-5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Overall, in charge of the Tax Function of the Group.

To supervise the internal direct and indirect tax team and liaise with the accounts team

To ensure timely direct and indirect tax compliance, and to frame internal procedures to ensure such timely compliance

To advise the management on various tax issues arising out of proposed transactions, and to suggest optimal solutions

To review draft agreements to be entered into by group entities from a taxation Perspective

To liaise, co-ordinate with and support external tax consultants and legal counsel in relation to various tax advice, assessments and appeals of the group entities.

Preparation of planning checklist, analysis of risk and materiality level, overall review, and budget the hours required to complete the audit.**Education Qualification**:
