**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Training**:
Deliver Core Java training sessions (classroom or online) to learners with diverse backgrounds.
- **Curriculum Development**:
Design and update course materials, including presentations, assignments, and coding exercises, based on industry trends and requirements.
- **Practical Application**:
Provide hands-on coding sessions and real-world project guidance to reinforce theoretical knowledge.
- **Assess Learners**:
Evaluate learners’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- **Stay Updated**:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java and related technologies.
- **Mentorship**:
Provide one-on-one guidance and support to learners when needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency in Core Java, including OOPs concepts, multithreading, collections, exception handling, and Java APIs.
- Knowledge of frameworks like Spring, Hibernate (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, or NetBeans.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in Core Java development or training.
- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring is highly desirable.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
