**Job description**
**Role & responsibilities**
**Call Management**:
- Make 80 to 100 outbound and inbound calls daily to potential customers.
- Introduce company products/services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Interact courteously and professionally with prospects to build rapport.
- Generate interest in the products/services through engaging conversations
**Lead Qualification**:
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads by gathering relevant information.
- Assess customer needs and interests to determine sales potential.
**Appointment Scheduling**:
- Set up appointments or schedule follow-up calls with interested prospects for the sales team.
- Ensure smooth coordination between potential leads and the sales department.
**Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer information, and outcomes in the CRM system or call log.
- Track the progress of each lead and follow up as necessary.
**Objection Handling**:
- Address customer objections effectively and provide relevant solutions to overcome concerns.
- Aim to convert prospects into qualified leads by resolving their questions.
**Target Achievement**:
- Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation, call quality, and conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed call volume and sales performance goals.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about company products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers during interactions.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and self-learning to improve knowledge and performance.
Pay: ₹12,545.22 - ₹20,000.00 per month
