**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors in the electronics, automotive, and electrical sectors.
- Manage existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Promote company products such as **solder wire, solder bars, fluxes, pastes, and related soldering consumables**.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and on-site visits to customer locations.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to customize products as per customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients.
- Track sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and showcase products.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Commerce or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in B2B or industrial manufacturing sector, preferably solder or electronic components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and trade events.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of IPC standards, ROHS compliance, and quality certifications in the soldering industry.
- Experience working with electronic manufacturing services (EMS) companies.
