**Experience**:
- 15+ years of experience in the general insurance industry, with knowledge of various lines of business such as Motor, Travel, health, Fire/ Property, Casualty, Marine, liability, engineering, miscellaneous insurance etc.- Proven experience in working with or supporting general insurance systems or solutions.**IT Knowledge**:
- Familiarity with general insurance software, policy administration systems, claims management solutions, and insurance workflows.- Understanding of system integration and architecture as it pertains to insurance operations.**Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose technical solutions that meet industry standards.- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges in insurance workflows and processes.**Communication Skills**:
