**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of adult learners preparing for the IELTS exam.
- Conduct classroom sessions that cover all four components of the IELTS: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Provide individualized support and feedback to students, helping them improve their language skills and test-taking strategies.
- Supervise classroom activities and maintain an organized learning environment conducive to effective education.
- Utilize standardized testing practices to assess student progress and readiness for the IELTS exam.
- Communicate effectively with students regarding their performance, areas for improvement, and strategies for success.
- Foster a positive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence in their abilities.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in IELTS testing formats and educational methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in adult education or teaching English as a second language (ESL).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to support students throughout their learning journey.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse learners.
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting, particularly those preparing for standardized testing like IELTS.
- A background in supervising educational activities is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with various teaching tools and resources that enhance the learning experience.
