**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for IELTS (Academic & General) and PTE aspirants.
- Develop lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to enhance students' learning.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized feedback for improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest exam formats, strategies, and techniques.
- Guide students on test-taking strategies, time management, and language skills enhancement.
- Maintain records of student progress and performance.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their target scores.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in IELTS and PTE coaching.
- In-depth knowledge of **IELTS/PTE exam patterns, scoring criteria, and test strategies**.
- Strong command over **English language, grammar, and vocabulary**.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to handle a diverse group of students with different learning abilities.
- Patient, energetic, and passionate about teaching.
- Certification in IELTS/PTE, or any relevant English training certification (preferred).
