**Core Asana - Creative Strategist, Gurgaon, Experience 2+ years**

Started in 2021, Core Asana Pvt Ltd is a yoga and wellness brand on a mission to create healthy-lifestyle-inspired premium quality products. At KSHM, a clothing offshoot of Core Asana, we craft comfortable movement-wear apparel for the awake.

**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Brand Creative Strategy**:

- Develop and implement creative strategies focused on enhancing Core Asana's brand identity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand messaging across diverse channels and touchpoints.

**2. Content Strategy and Offline Activation**:

- Craft innovative content strategies for offline activations, seamlessly blending creativity with brand messaging.
- Oversee the execution of offline campaigns, events, and activations to boost brand visibility.

**3. Customer Psychology**:

- Utilize a deep understanding of customer psychology to create content that deeply resonates with the target audience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and consumer behavior.

**4. Storytelling and Verbal Communication**:

- Employ exceptional storytelling skills to create narratives that emotionally connect with Core Asana's audience.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication abilities to effectively convey brand messages and values.

**5. On-Camera Presence**:

- Comfortably represent Core Asana in various settings, including on-camera appearances.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's ethos and values during public appearances.

**6. Budget Management**:

- Take responsibility for managing and optimizing budgets for creative projects and campaigns.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality creative outputs.

**7. Negotiation Skills**:

- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies, showcasing strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for Core Asana.

**8. Compelling Scriptwriting**:

- Craft compelling scripts for various communication channels, including advertisements, videos, and presentations.
- Ensure scripts align with the brand's messaging strategy and deeply resonate with the target audience.

**9. Visual Excellence**:

- Drive visually premium content creation, overseeing the visual aspects of campaigns to maintain a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure visual consistency and excellence in all creative materials.

**10. Sales Acquisition**:

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align creative strategies with sales objectives.
- Develop creative approaches to support sales efforts and enhance customer acquisition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
- In-depth knowledge of customer psychology, market trends, and brand positioning.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and on-camera presence.
- Proficient in budget management and negotiation.
- Excellent scriptwriting skills with a talent for compelling storytelling.
- Strong visualization skills with an eye for premium aesthetics.
