**Job Title**: German Tutor
**Location**: Vadodara (Onsite)
**Position Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teach German**: Provide one-on-one or group lessons in German, covering all aspects of language acquisition: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- **Lesson Planning**: Create lesson plans tailored to each student’s proficiency level and learning objectives.
- **Assessment**: Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet evolving needs.
- **Grammar & Vocabulary**: Teach essential grammar concepts, vocabulary, and pronunciation to build a solid foundation in German.
- **Cultural Knowledge**: Incorporate cultural aspects of the German-speaking world into lessons to enhance understanding of the language and its context.
- **Conversational Practice**: Offer ample opportunities for conversational practice, helping students improve fluency and confidence.
- **Test Preparation**: Help students prepare for German language proficiency exams (e.g., Goethe Institute exams, TestDaF, DSH) or other standardized tests.
- **Homework Support**: Assign and review homework to reinforce lesson content and track student development.
- **Motivational Support**: Provide encouragement and feedback to students, helping them stay motivated and engaged throughout their learning journey.
- **Monitor Progress**: Continuously monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback on areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in German, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- **Certification**: TEFL/TESOL, or a certification in German language instruction (e.g., Goethe Institute certification) is desirable.
- **Experience**: Proven experience of 2 Year teaching German, especially to non-native speakers, is preferred.
- **Language Proficiency**: Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2 level).
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of German grammar, vocabulary, and language structure.
- Ability to explain complex language concepts in a clear, simple manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Ability to motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
- Experience with Offline teaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
