**Job Title: German Language Faculty**

**Role Overview**:
As a German Language Faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in German language proficiency to students. Your role will involve designing curriculum, creating lesson plans, conducting classes, assessing student progress, and fostering a dynamic learning environment conducive to language acquisition.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive German language curriculum aligned with proficiency levels and learning objectives.
- Create engaging learning materials, including textbooks, handouts, and multimedia resources.
- **Instruction Delivery**:

- Conduct German language classes for students of various proficiency levels, ranging from beginner to advanced.
- Employ diverse teaching methodologies, including communicative, audio-lingual, and task-based approaches, to facilitate effective language learning.
- Incorporate authentic materials such as newspapers, videos, and literature to enhance linguistic and cultural understanding.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Administer regular assessments, including written exams, oral proficiency interviews, and listening comprehension tests, to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their language skills and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Offer individualized assistance and tutoring to students requiring extra help in mastering German language skills.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address student concerns, set learning goals, and develop personalized learning plans.
