**Role Overview**:
As a Deal Desk Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our deal desk operations, working closely with our sales, agent success, and Partner agents to facilitate a smooth new-agent contracting process. You will utilize your prior experience with deal desk platforms, proficiency in DocuSign, and passion for process improvement to optimize our deal workflows. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing team addendums, assisting in recruitment efforts for associate contracting and through job postings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize expertise in deal desk to support deal processing and ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Manage and execute contracts using DocuSign, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deal processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a repository for team addendums and templates, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Create and manage job postings for open positions on behalf of our real estate teams.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures related to deal desk operations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a deal desk or sales operations role, with a strong understanding of deal processing and contract management.
- Experience using DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms for contract execution and management.
- Exceptional attention to detail. Great organizational skills.
- General knowledge of business processes and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Availability to work US hours to support global operations.
