Urgently Required Unit in Charge

The role of this position may include but not be limited to the responsibilities listed below: - Achieving sales target and growth percentage by retaining present clients and through new business development in Pest Management and Fumigation services. - Being accountable for total P&L for branch office, including budgeting and managing operational expenses of Pest Management and Fumigation services. - Negotiating and finalizing rates and service contracts with new and existing clients. - Being responsible for on time billing to client and collection of payment. - Directing the overall activities of the branch to achieve customer satisfaction while achieving both growth and profit objectives. - Building and maintaining good customer relations and providing expert customer service - Collect service feedback from clients and customers and take appropriate corrective action based on such feedback - Maintaining quality of service by establishing and enforcing company standards. - Providing strategic inputs to Head-Operations and management about territories, personnel issues, growth opportunities and business forecasting. - Managing and coordinating field and office staff activities. - Managing and maintaining communication between sales personnel, service personnel, and customers. - Supervising of branch accounting details and inventory management of chemicals and products used. - Managing employee schedules to optimize labour to business needs. - Verify/Finalize timecards for employees and approve paid time off. - Prepare monthly reports related to site inspection, treatment, new business development, pipeline management etc. - Helping the Corporate HODs in developing the annual budgets in line with the organizational goals - Driving and supporting automation, as driven through Corporate and HODs - Any other relevant job assigned by the Management. They should be clear about goals and targets and routinely liaise with different teams and departments **Attention to detail **- Must identify execution gaps in processes and find solutions; attention to detail is important to spot these and find more efficient systems **Teamwork **- Work closely with their team as well as with the public and external agencies. They need strong teamwork skills to collaborate with people from all different backgrounds **Troubleshooting **- This job involves using professional judgement to make critical decisions and manage projects. Meeting project goals and require problem-solving **Experience - minimum 2-3 years of hand on experience required from pest and fumigation industry** **Qualifications - BSC Chemistry/BSC Agriculture** **Any certifications in pest and fumigation will be an added advantage** **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Ranchi, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work (preferred) - 2-3 Years of experience (preferred) **Language**: - English, Hindi and others if any (preferred) License/Certification: - BSC Chemistry/ BSC Agriculture or equivalent (preferred) Willingness to travel: - 50% (preferred) Work Location: One location **Speak with the employer** +91 9831062941
