As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and personable Admission Counselor / Sales Representative to join our team and help guide prospective students toward the right educational path.

Job Overview:
As an Admission Counselor / Sales Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students. You’ll play a critical role in guiding them through the admissions process, understanding their goals, presenting our programs, and ultimately converting leads into enrolled students. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate language programs.
- Follow up with leads through a structured CRM system and manage the admissions pipeline.
- Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment targets through consultative sales techniques.
- Clearly explain program offerings, tuition fees, scheduling options, and the admissions process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions with prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion.
- Represent Team Languages at online or in-person events, webinars, and info sessions when needed.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, admissions, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Passion for education, languages, and helping others succeed.
