**Job Title**: Industrial Millwright Mechanic

**Job Type**: Full-Time **Job Overview**:
We are seeking a licensed **Industrial Millwright Mechanic** to join our team. The role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems. You’ll work with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics, while also guiding apprentices and other staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct preventative maintenance and repair on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Document maintenance activities and manage inventory.
- Assist with equipment installation and general building maintenance.
- Operate forklifts, hoists, and other machinery safely.

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed Industrial Millwright in Ontario.
- High mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience.
- Proficiency with machine shop equipment (drill presses, welders, grinders).
- Good communication skills and a valid G-class driver’s license.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work independently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Rigging certification, specialized welding, or electrical training.
- Experience with PLCs and refrigeration systems.

**Work Hours**:

- 8-hour rotating shifts with occasional overtime.
- On-call availability for emergencies.
