Job Purpose:
To assist in the assembly, fitting, and maintenance of aluminium formwork systems under supervision, ensuring proper installation and safe usage at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in assembling and fitting aluminium formwork panels and components.

Support senior fitters in repair and maintenance of damaged panels.

Carry out basic cutting, drilling, and grinding tasks on aluminium formwork.

Ensure proper cleaning, stacking, and storage of formwork materials.

Use basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely.

Follow instructions from supervisors and senior technicians.

Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety protocols at the workshop/site.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting tasks.

Ability to use simple hand tools and measuring instruments.

Eagerness to learn aluminium formwork systems.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.

Team player with a safety-first attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:
ITI (Fitter/Mechanical) or equivalent trade certification.

0-2 years of experience (freshers with relevant trade certification can also apply).

Exposure to aluminium formwork or construction industry will be an added advantage.

Work Conditions:
Site and workshop-based role.

Requires physical activity and lifting of formwork components.

May involve working at heights and outdoor environments.
